Transportation to the Atomic Testing Museum for the School Field Trip Program is provided by a generous donation from National Security Technologies.
School Tour Reservations
Students below the fourth grade level are not encouraged to partake in a school sponsored museum tour.
- Tours on Tuesday and Thursday
- All pre-arranged tours must be made at least 4 weeks in advance
- For every 5 students, 1 chaperone is required
- All pre-arranged guided tours must have a minimum of 10 students
- The maximum size for a guided docent tour is 40 students
- Guided tours of the museum take an average of 1 hour
- A confirmation e-mail will be sent at least 2 weeks
before the tour date - Payment may be taken the day of the tour
